Proven excellence in the production of cryogenic tanks for gas transport!

High-quality cryogenic container tanks for gas transportation are what we specialize in the production of at CTT Cryo Trans Tech. Since 2004, our production has been based in Vodnjan, Croatia, where our factory spans a massive 78,000 square meters. Also Our factory is located in the industrial zone of the city of Vodnjan, which provides us with excellent transport connections for the transport of heavy loads and containers to ports and European transport routes.

LONG TRADITION - RESPECTABLE CLIENTS

In cooperation with renewed world manufactures, designers, and engineers, we developed the following projects:

LNG ISO 40ft Cryogenic container tanks

Hydrogen ISO 40ft and 20ft Cryogenic container tanks

Helium ISO 40ft and 20ft Cryogenic container tanks

GAS5 ISO 40ft and 20ft Cryogenic container tanks

 Methane, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, Etilen

The special features of the CTT's LNG ISO container tank are great durability, solid construction and most importantly, special insulation that extends the holding time up to 300 days without any loss of gas. All listed products have been designed, certified, and approved and satisfy all relevant well-known standards.

Compliance with international standards and ASME code

Our LNG ISO 40ft cryogenic container tanks fully satisfy all relevant and well-known industry standards. Specifically, they comply with demanding regulations such as TPED, ADR, EN 13530, and the ASME Code VIII div1.

Top gas transportation solutions: LNG ISO 40ft Cryogenic Container Tanks

Due to their unique characteristics, these tanks offer exceptional strength and special vacuum insulation. Consequently, this advanced technology enables an impressive holding time of up to 186 days without any gas loss.

As a result, CTT's LNG ISO 40' cryogenic container tanks are ideal for transporting LNG to remote areas. For instance, they can easily supply satellite plants, gas filling stations, villages, schools, and hospitals. Furthermore, they can serve as a vital part of a virtual pipeline or simply be used for secure on-site storage.

Regarding quality assurance, the design and type have been officially approved under the Type Approval Certificate. This was issued by the prestigious Classification Society Bureau Veritas in Paris. In fact, the equipment is fully covered by the following official certificates:

— Approval Certificate of Type of Portable Tank BVCT 1370282/V Rev0
— RID/ADR Prototype Agreement Certificate of Portable Tank No. F/7219

Results of rigorous prototype testing

Finally, upon completion, the prototype of this cryogenic LNG container was exposed to rigorous testing. Specifically, these tests were conducted at Piacenza Collaudi & Manutenzioni under the Test Report No. 348/13. Ultimately, the testing was successfully passed with absolutely no permanent plastic deformation, which clearly proves the structural integrity of our tanks.

CTT LNG 40' ISO container tank satisfies the following regulations:

—  ASME VIII div1

 EN 13530-2/A1

—  The International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG)

—  International Regulations for the carriage of dangerous goods by rail (RID)

—  European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods (ADR)

—  International Convention for Safe Containers (CSC)

—  Customs Convention for Safe Containers (CCC)

International standard: ISO 668:2013

TELEMETRY   |   Advanced Container Monitoring and Tracking System

Remote tank level monitoring for cryogenic container tanks enables companies to optimize their tank utilization. Specifically, this system works by tracking levels and analyzing historical data. Furthermore, with the cloud-based operations center system, users can easily set custom alerts. Consequently, they will be notified of events such as reaching a specific gas pressure threshold. In addition, the system detects when a tank hits a minimum liquid level or encounters certain ambient temperature limits.

Regarding the technology
Several key quantities can be measured. First, the system tracks the precise GPS location. Second, it monitors the gas pressure and the volume of liquid in the tank. Finally, it measures the tracker's housing temperature, which closely approximates the ambient temperature.

To achieve this, the CTC-1 series GPS trackers are used. These battery-operated devices are designed for satellite-based monitoring of the location and condition of gas. Specifically, they are ideal for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) tanks, as well as other "EX" type tanks. Due to its mounting position and proximity to potentially explosive areas, the device is classified as Zone 1. Indeed, this is in strict accordance with Directive 1999/92/EC. Moreover, it adheres to standards EN IEC 60079-0 and EN 60079-11 for equipment protection by intrinsic safety. Consequently, the device is also fully compliant with the standards outlined in the Radio Equipment Directive (RED)
